Dan in service was fast in getting back to me with the problem!!! I thought I was going to be without my car for a day or two. My car was fixed and ready in about two hours!! Replacement of the shifter!!! Dan kept me informed. I will only take my car to Dan, I like the way does things and treated me by keeping me in the loop!!!

I called yesterday and Pedro told me my spark plugs were going to be the next thing I should do on my truck. Then today Howard never even mentioned that, and he had trouble seeing what Service I’ve had had on my truck.pretty sad when my truck was bought from you and only been serviced and worked on bye you!

How come every time I take my truck in, it needs a wheel alignment? Even though it had a wheel alignment just months ago and my truck is 3 years old and has 23,000 miles. Very low mileage, which means it's hardly driven. I paid for all of my oil changes when I bought my truck, so does that mean you have to try and charge me for something?? Very unhappy with Tom Bell Chevrolet.....

I called the service department to inform them that they failed to rotate my tires. I paid for that service yet it wasn't performed. I overlooked the fact that even though I had an appointment at 8:30 my car was not checked in in in till after 9am. Service writer did apologize for the delay. However, to not perform a service I paid for and not return a phone call is unacceptable. That is 3 strikes against you. So needless to say not a good service experience.

Pedro, was great and tried to get additional items done for me although my reservation was late in the day. And he worked with fellow employees to insure my truck was completed in a timely fashion. Thanks very much for Pedro
