Excellent customer service by Pedro G. & the entire team there. As soon as I arrived and pulled in, a lovely young lady greeted me, and paged my service advisor. This is why I drive over 2 hrs (round trip) to this Dealer to get my car serviced. Phenomenal customer service. Very happy and will recommend to all my friends and family to come here! Customer for life!

I made an appointment for an oil change! Simple process! My appointment was for 12:00 noon! I was there at 11:30! Pedro told me it would be done at 1:00! Fine, had lunch sat around my car pulls up in bay at 1:50! I had appointment with client in lake Arrowhead at 2:30

10:00 am appointment, yet still had to wait while they were busy finishing paperwork. Brought my car in for a recall. From now on I will bring my car in during the week. Too busy on Saturday.
