This was my second experience with Dan “the man”.
As usual he explained the unusual situation with a two year old battery being “dead” and it would be covered under the warranty.
He found a recent recall and took care of it.
He showed me that I had 2 oil changes that were free that I was not aware of because the dealer I bought the truck from did not mention it.
He is an asset to your organization, and a pleasure dealing with.
I feel Bait and switched with Tom bell. As much as I love my Chevy, I feel
Tom bell is about gouging the customer, I know how service writers work!. For Christ sakes my truck is two years old and I have a seat issue that should be covered by warranty! Right away you want to run it thru my extended warranty and charge me a $100 deductible. You can see by service history that I bring my truck there for service and instead of wowing the customer you try and gouge them! I’m going to be looking for a new vehicle for my wife really soon and right now I would not even consider Tom bell Chevrolet for my next purchase. Take a look at my survey history and see what the common Denominator is!
Pedro was professional and answered all my questions. You should train all your service managers to be like him. I’ve not had the best of luck with others.
