Everything went exceptionally well the repairs on the vehicle except for on the driver side sunvisor and there was grease marks I will not come off better most likely from the mechanic

Arrived 15 min early for my 830 appiontment. Was not checked in and on a shuttle for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Was told I would get updates on status to which I did not. I called myself several times and never got a call back from my advisor, and when he finally did call he zero answers for me. Very unhappy service for me. Nothing like I would have received from Josh Petty. Used to bring my fleet vehicles to him all the time. Your shuttle driver is very good and a very friendly gentleman. Out of 10 I would have to rate my service experience at a 2. This could change in either direction once I actually pick up the vehicle tomorrow...

Tom bell.took care of me I was there in later December for an issue with my car they took care of that then I got a message from the head service manager name junior he left me message that mechanic fixed that problem.but they noticed vibration in my car made me aware that I was still under warranty and need to come back to get that fixed so then I came back they put me in a loaner so I could get to work .this time my service agent was Damon he was awsome he took good care of me and updated me with texts and calls .I was very impressed when I got my car back.it is running like a brand new car my spouse drove us to eat later that night he said man I'm impressed with the way this car is running those guys did a great job and I want to thank the guys at tom bell and thanku Damon for great service and thanks to Junior and Josh they treat people like family
