I was very happy with the service that I got with Annette Book, the only thing was that I got my truck back with some scratches. I paid to get my truck bed sprayed with the bed-liner. Annette and I and the driver from the bed- liner walked my truck to see if there were any scratches and all three of us cleared the truck. We I got my truck back, that’s when I saw the scratches. Otherwise Annette Book one of the best service adviser that I have worked with.
Aside from wait, which was my fault anyways; everything was great!
Great service advisor. Always keeps me updated with what's going on while I wait for my vehicle. Breaks down every little detail about suggestions or other services that are recommended.
