It was a all around bad experience no oil change should take 5 to 6 hours and a no call on the promise of it being done at 1 and it was not until 345 shame on you Tom Bell.

Jan use to be my advisor it was sad to lose her but glad she enjoying the retirement life... I was glad she had suggested a while back if she wasn't around Dan would be the man... so I am super blessed to have him as my new Chevy Advisor... He is super helpful and made sure I had a good experience and made sure Mariah my Cruze was in tip top shape!! He also made me feel like family...
I didn’t like the fact the Howard just handed me off to another coworker like as if I was just a left over item. I understand that his lunch hour was coming up, but I believe that superior customer service means you finish with what you started with until the customer is satisfied and the job is complete. This is about my second time being serve by Howard and honestly I’m not satisfied. Please for future appointment please have someone that is able and willing to work and take care of their customers like people and not like left over items.

I expected the vehicle back sooner. It was a 7:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. Vehicle done at 9:40sh.
