My keys were not returned to me once Vehicle was completed also Vehicle was not washed I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and now when driving home my check engine light has now appeared . Definitely not cool not happy at all
Annette is very friendly and made me aware of some maintenance items my car is due for or will be soon. She told me what the cost would be but was not pushy when I did not say I was ready. She kept me informed on the progress of my car’s service and let me know just before it was ready to go.

Went in to get my trucks oil leak fixed under warranty. When I received my truck back it was leaking worse than it was before and my exhaust wasn’t tightened back up properly causing the vehicle to be louder than normal. So I had to bring the truck back in and wait 4 more days for them do to the job correctly the second time. Damon my service advisor was great at customer service and staying in contact with me but the technicians who worked on the truck obviously do not double check there work which is terrible customer service. Once my trucks warranty is up I will most likely be bringing my truck elsewhere to be worked on. This isn’t the first time I have had issues with this service department. You would think if you’re paying the higher rates to bring your truck in the dealership it would be done correctly but that statement doesn’t stand true here.
Every one there is a complete idiot and they way you have your personal showing up all to work at 12 in the afternoon is completely unacceptable worst customer service ever never going to buy a car from you guys again only person that was truly help for was my salesman ever one else was incompetent didn’t know what they were doing and had no authority to do anything anyways waisted so much of my time I all most just left my keys there and take my money back to bought a 30,000 dollar truck expected a little more care and customer service instead I got the worst experience ever
