He was wonderful! Figured out the problem right away and made sense of my disjointed set of symptoms, took me in right away when he found out I had to make a cross country trip ,that week ,in my vehicle.

Well one of the things I wanted you to address was SD MESSAGE THAT CAME UP ON MY SCREEN WHILE DRIVING I REMOVED THE MESSAGE BECAUSE IT COVERED MY SPEEDO SKYLAR SAID THAT DEPARTMENT WAS TOO BACKED UP TO LOOK AT IT AND if I wanted to come back at 3:00 pm but I wasn’t ready to go back and forth

Communication was very poor. I never got a call unless I called first. Even then, it took many calls to get anyone to call me back. Since my car was in the shop for 6 weeks, some information would have been nice.
Misha did a great job of submitting my warranty for two tires and two rims and was able to get the authorization quickly. You did a great job of informing me during the entire process and I was completely satisfied with the work that was done.

I drive out of my way, and pass 2 other Chevy dealerships just to go to Tom Bell to see Dan. He understands that cars, new and used have issues and does his best to accommodate me. He listens to me and gets all my of issues dealt with. I feel like my truck is in great hands with him. If you want something done right, take it to Dan at Tom Bell!
