Over the amount of times I've been to the dealership Dan has been really helpful,informative and positive. Glad to have him oversee the work that's needed for my vehicle.
Dan was awesome!! From the moment I spoke on the phone to him and then when he helped me in the service dept throughout the whole process, he really took care of us. I was very worried leaving my new camaro after hours, he reassured me it was safe, and the next day kept in touch with me updating on repair. Very happy customer
Dan took the time to ask me all the details about what was wrong with my car to get to the root cause of the defect. After some careful analysis he determined a simple solution of replacing the battery would solve all of the ancillary problems. He referenced his numerous years of experience as why he felt sure about his hypothesis, but he still took the time to consult with the service team. He also walked me through a few other service needs coming up, and didn’t push them on me at the time, just a friendly and much needed heads up of what was to come. This is actually really helpful because these won’t be inexpensive, and being able to accurately forecast the cost of my next service visit means I can plan my finances accordingly. This is especially helpful given the uncertain economic climate. Battery changed, problem solved! Dan offered to help me carry my car seat as I had a toddler in tow, I declined but that attentiveness isn’t common nowadays. You can see how he has the respect of all on the service lot, it goes a long way. I lead a large team at my own work, and I see the qualities of management, and effective management at that in Dan.
One piece of critical feedback is it took about an hour after my scheduled appointment for me to be fully attended to. The line was long so I get it, but it would be helpful to have a visual waiting queue either on a screen or accessible on a mobile phone app so all customers can accurately see where they are in the waiting process.
Overall, satisfied!

Over 2 hours for an oil change?
Timeliness isn’t your best quality
Service took an extremely long time for an oil change (2.5 hours). Work was sloppy and we were left with wd-40 on and in the car in multiple places when they used it to lubricate the hinges.
