Dan is the most helpful employee who actually cares about Chevrolet customers. I could not ask for a better person to help me when my car broke down. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We not only had one car in but also my daughters. She came all the way from Newport Beach just to go to Tom Bells because she knew she would get the honest caring help from Dan. Thank you Dan for helping out with our car repairs.

Dan was great from the moment i first met him. He was very knowledgeable in walking me through 4 recalls, an exterior detail, and squeaky brakes. He was great in calling me to give me updates. I was impressed with how much he cared about my truck. Thanks Dan!!!

Dan is doing the best job he can but he needs support from the people he works with. Like not leaving the vehicle completely empty on gas and cleaning it when Dan says wash the vehicle for customer. Dan went to the gas station with me to put some gas in it and then he walked back to the dealership. My vehicle is still making noise and still has that slip in the transmission. This is not how the vehicle sounded before service and for the technician to say that its fine is just not right. Dan is doing the best job he can but without the support that he needs it makes the customer suffer. If these things happened with any customer they would not be satisfied and neither am I. Once again Dan is doing a good job in my eyes.

After having no trouble with my battery it suddenly dies 4 times in their care, when I receive my vehicle I noticed all my setting in my car have been reset. The date and time. Leading me to believe they took my battery out and tampered with it. I will not be returning.
