My service advisor, Damon was great - no complaint. The brake service tech get an F grade. I dropped my car off on Thursday the 22nd at 3:00 for a leak on my front passenger brake. I was called at 3:30 on Friday that I needed a new caliper but they wouldn’t have the part in until the next day and my car would be ready at 3:30. I called at 1:00 on Saturday and was told that the brake service techs did not come in and my car would not be ready until Monday. I had to pay 2 extra days on my car rental. This is unacceptable. People not showing up for work should not cost me extra money.
Called ahead to schedule an appointment. Informed scheduler of my problems to be addressed. I've dropped it off twice and the part is still not installed. I now have to drop it off a THIRD time to complete the service. And I'm not even getting into being completely abandoned by the shuttle and left stranded at work.

I know they were really busy Friday and I appreciate them taking me without an appointment so I over looked the fact that I was never called Friday about the status of my car. I had to call Saturday. Upon arriving home though, I noticed a few grease smudges on the car which was weird since it was supposedly washed but most disturbing was chipped paint on the hood of my car. I will be in Monday morning when the service department reopens to talk to someone about the paint.
