You need quality control. Paperwork stated all fluids checked. Before I got home, dash indicator indicated coolant level low. Also courtesy wash completed, not done. This is the third time it wasn’t done. Brian did an excellent job

Great service! Always cheerful and helpful, Annette Book is a very nice person. She's goes the extra mile with customer service. I had brought my 2017 Chevrolet Trax in a few weeks ago for service. The ac was blowing hot air and engine light on. She checked the ac. Turned out the snowflake button wasn't on. My mistake! She reset the code for the engine light explained to me that never tap when filling your gas tank. Took the time to explain. Unfortunately I needed to bring the car back in for service. Again great friend service from Annette she explained the time frame to service my car and what my car needed. Annette Book is number 1!
