I was very satisfied with the service that Howard provided he was very helpful and knowledgeable, I will be taking my vehicle there from know on for service and repairs. ;also I was very greatful to everyone else that worked there because they didn’t ignore me or other customers . They where very active and ready to help. It is hard to find service like that anymore .
Lacks communication skills.
He is still calling me and texting me and I gave you guys the pink slip to the car he he calling me about. In his text messages he says my car is ready for pickup!

Misael, who helped me, was great. He was very informative of what service I was receiving and what recommendations were being made on my vehicle. This is my first time coming here, we usually go to Rotollo Chevrolet. I am annoyed that when they called to confirmed my appointment they assured me that you guys had a "kid zone" so I took my kids, 3 years and 8 months old, huh mistake. Your kid zone consisted of a round kiddie table and 4 chairs while I'm used to other dealerships having toys to entertain. I understand not all dealerships are the same but I would of appreciated if the girl would have been truthful and honest, my husband could have taken the car in, alone on his day off.
They've always taken care of my car. Done all the oil changes for me. A bit over priced so I might just start doing it myself for half the price.
You were unable to fix my truck multiple times you have also wrecked my truck in the process
