8 year old top of the line Chevrolet with less than 10,000 miles per yeat causes so much trouble in service dept,should be replaced for free.

I had an appointment for 0800 that I made on Tuesday, no one could find my appointment I was 20 minutes early. I gave the guy my cell phone number so I could be contacted when the server was completed. I received a call on my cell after 0900 telling me that he had been calling the wrong number WOW. I was told the mechanic was going to be reporting to work late and the service would not start until maybe 10. I work nights I don't have time for this. I missed 4 hours of sleep. I also needed this done when it was scheduled I'm leaving town. I was forced to go to another Chevrolet dealership where I was treated a whole lot better. You lost a customer who will experience his dissatisfaction on social media. This is not the first time I have received below satisfied service from this dealership but it WILL be the last time I receive ANY service from this dealership.

Service was great however you could warn customers that you no longer provide shuttle service so others would not HAVE to walk home and back to the dealership as i did.

I got a winter package service. I paid 14.95 for a wash and the only thing I got was the wash. No vacuum, no wipe down of my console or my doors and the inside of my doors were more dirty than originally when I brought it in for service.
