We use Tom Bell frequently. We waited 30 minutes for our initial appointment. No one called us Wednesday, January 20th, to let us know about the truck being finished. We called and were told it was ready. When we arrived, we were told no ticket had been opened. This was a rare time when things seemed very disorganized.
Took 7 days and I couldn’t even get a diagnostic.

Dan was awesome and supportive. My dissatisfaction stems from putting upwards of 6k-7k into the AC system in the last year and a half only to be told there is now an issue with the hose line that runs the coolant. This is a huge disappointment, I had hoped for quality work for the money spent and would think that this would have been reviewed when the previous work was done, especially with the research that I’ve done that shows it’s a known issue the Traverse

Too much issues to adresss .
Didn’t get my multi point inspection so not sure what got inspected and what didn’t. Just gave me my car n that’s it nobody spoke to me about what got serviced in my vehicle I asked for 2 filters to be switch out but only saw only charge for one and I was told a price for a service but I saw the charges were more from what I was told
Car was in lot for 3 days. My main concern was never really addressed. I ended up picking car up with no services done.
