Keep vehicle too long trying to do minor repairs not related to transmission. Very poor communication!!! Emailed me instead of calling on progress and repairs. I had to call to get status of vehicle. Not satisfied using Brian at all. Used him before on transmission was not at all helpful. Hopefully this new transmission last since it’s the 2nd one in 9 year. Any repairs were exaggerated to get business.

Daniel was great. The only issue I have is that my check engine light came on shortly after having maintenance done. I called and I was transferred to voice-mails and all around to other departments when I called. I was then assured that I would get a call back by end of day Tuesday September 13th, I did not. So I will call again tomorrow to follow-up. James R

Angel was informative and kept me in the loop, And I truly believe that he made every effort to help me out in a situation I found myself in regarding a transmission fluid leak from my 2018 Buick Encore . I was disappointed in the length of time I needed to leave my vehicle there for evaluation. I would however return to Tom Bell Chevrolet for any service work my Buick encore needs and probably not ever go back to Hatfield Buick. I really appreciated the process of making the appointment and having all the needs met as best as they could for my Buick. Everybody was professional and efficient.
