Jack was professional and proactive and understanding of the costliness of replacing the battery. He understood the difficulties of not having my only car for a week and gave me a discount. Next, the dealership who had the only available battery gave Jack the wrong delivery date, yet he made sure to communicate with me and gave me me an additional discount to cover the extra day. Also, I had another unrelated issue a couple of days after getting the car back. I immediately called Jack & he was able to get me in & it was fixed within an hour or so at no cost. I really appreciate his & Frontier’s willingness to work with me on the cost of this very expensive repair & the follow up one. Frontier is the only place that I have brought my cars because everyone has always been helpful & efficient. Thank you Jack & to everyone who worked on my car.
