I came into Frontier to have a “Recall Issue” revolved. When I made the call for a appointment Logan told I could in the following morning for the service. When I arrive for the appointment Logan advise it would take approximately 4 Hours to complete service this I had my wife pick me up.
At approximately 1 Pm Logan called to me my car was ready pickup but the parts for the Recall Issue were not available and would take a couple days to come.
My question is, why did Logan have me come to dealership if there was no way they could complete service.
Logan wasted my time and my wife’s also.
We are long time Toyota owners and feel the poor service we received is totally unacceptable.

Manny was very patient and answered my questions thoroughly. He explained the process and duration. I was very satisfied with my experience.
As usual, Carlos provided prompt service and suggestions/advice that were timely and thoughtful, showing his experience not only with Toyota vehicles, but with the individual customers who drive them.
I don’t know what I’ll do if/when Carlos retires !!!
