Bien Tarozza and Chris (not sure what his last name is) are very big help to us. They made everything work out and really have a great service to the customers.
I got maintenance service done on my car and even after receiving the car back, my car is showing the display that “maintenance requires soon”. Also, sticker indicating next service due is not placed. How will I trust if the oil change was done? I will have to take my car again and waste my gas and time.
Post service whenever I turn the axle Right car is making a loud screeching noise, I tried calling Frontier Toyota many times to reach the Service manager and left voice messages. Haven’t been return so far. This is my first time with Frontier Toyota and I approved all the service and part replacement work suggested by service Advisor for nearly $2000. The next day I am getting this noise. Would have been better if someone had returned the call or advise me on how to bring back the car. Haven’t had this experience with Other Toyota service centers that from the past.
