Tire wheel alignment shop located the leaking shocks and with only 17,000 miles on the Corolla they were defective and to take them back to Toyota. They showed us and wiped the bottom shocks to show us. So in relation to where it's parked daily same spot showed up on concrete no one else parks there on our property. We'll Toyota tells us it's condensation from the air conditioning. We know the difference in fluids and this is the rear shocks not front shocks. We were told it's so minor and how could they have ever seen it.This shop put it in their notes I guess their mechanics are better. We were told they are covered for 3 years and 36,000 miles. Then they would check it on our next visit and it may qualify. We'll we made a appointment just for this and you come up with a lame excuse not good Toyota

Highly recommend this branch. Great customer service from the sales person, Joe ****, to the people who worked on the car and got the engine coolant replaced and done within a two hour window, to the billing service that made it convenient over the phone and after hours availability to pick up the vehicle, great service all around. Much appreciated.
