Jack is very knowledgeable, he listens and he gives options for what to get done first if in a budget. Jack is not pushy but cares about safety and is very convincing when it comes to the whys and when’s of vehicle msintsinace.

Did not have a good experience with Jack. I clearly mentioned I was there for a recall and that I had a DMV appointment. He did not provide the vehicle emissions recall certificate and I had to go to the DMV, go back to Frontier Toyota, and then back to the DMV. This was a ridiculous amount of time and should have been avoided from the start.
