I be genuinely be honest . I was expecting the dealership service department to overcharge me with my 10,000 miles service due on my Corolla. But I was actually satisfied with the service delivered . They let me know about my air cabin filter damage and serviced it with a reasonable price under my Toyota care plan. I am saying this because I didn’t have the same customer service at the finance department . Lauren and the techs was clear as day in the service department . They performed as they should.

I have been coming to this place for last 27 years. It used be personable and pleasant but not this time with Calos Lopez. Did not even change the date for next service I need to bring my vehicle next. It is still showing 7/11/2022. I depend on this label as to when I have to bring next time. But Douglas Velasco and Alex Saenz are great. Since Douglas gone will stick with Alex Seanz. Hope you take my comment serious. Prafulla Y

Your Advisor Valerie Reynoso took care of us from the time we walked in to the time we left. She was so Professional, Polite, and Pleasant Attitude. She was aware that we traveled from Lake Elsinore to Frontier Toyota. She was helpful and guided us to the restroom and shared that there was a Restaurant across the street. Valerie is an Asset to your Team.
