I was able to schedule an appointment this morning for 30 minutes later. The online appointment was made for a service advisor that was not there, but when I checked in they assigned me directly to Alex with no delays. Alex gave me an estimate of the truck being ready between 1-2pm. I got a call from Jack at 2pm notifying me the truck was ready. I did not see Alex when I got there, but I was able to visit the cashier and pay. within a couple minutes my truck was brought to me. Overall a very nice experience.
Alex was great, he answered all of my questions and provided me with great service.
