The repair was not done! I bought a new highlander and there was an abnormal crease on the driver seat. Waited about 3 months since the part was back ordered, part came in, took car car in, dropped it off for half the day, and picked it up with still the crease on the seat. Free $800 repair, but nothing was repaired? Waste of time and now I have to schedule another repair that may or may not happen.
