I called a day before my visit to Toyota and I did not get an appointment, the lady whom I spoke with-told me just to bring my car in the morning that I don’t need an appointment. When I arrived this morning, the guy asked me if I have an appointment I said No, He’s so approchable and asked me to see the lady at the counter and she sent me to Lily Gamboa. Lily make sure that someone will be available to check on my car even if I don’t have an appointment. Lily told me that it will be a quick visit since they only check my tire and rotate it, I still have to wait for 3 hours but I don’t mind since the waiting area is pleasantly clean and presentable.My Overall experienced was GOOD!

They try to foolish me by telling me that I need to change the brake fluid oil when I know that I just changed like a 4 months ago less than 4 months ago when I change the brake master cylinder I don't know what they try to do
