Jack was professional and answered all my questions and had the car ready much sooner than expected.
Lilly did her job professionally, no problem with her. I asked her not to have my tires rotated because I had just bought new ones, and I was going to have Costco rotate them. She wrote down on the printed out invoice twice "Do not rotate tires". I appreciated that but had a gut feeling the mechanics were not going to read that. The mechanic did not read the invoice, and rotated my tires. I checked my tires and informed Lilly. She had them put back on how I brought my truck in. I didn't want to be that customer who was going to insist that the service rep phone the mechanics and tell them to read the invoice and not rotate my tires, but from now on, I will and I have the evidence to prove why I have to be a "difficult customer".
Joe was definitely very patient and always there for me in the process. Dealing with car emergencies can be scary. But I always felt safe with Joe in my corner.
