Logan has poor customer service skills, poor knowledge of Toyota care, talked in a condescending manner, told me that service check will be done in 2 hours just to wait 4 hours (nothing was done w/ the car) because he took 1 1/2 hour lunch, had to ask plenty of employees about car status because no one can take care of it other that Logan who left a note on the system so the car won’t be released sooner. Thankfully a more professional guy was able to help me to get my car out. It’s disappointing that I buy my car from this dealership just to get poor customer service afterwards. I think employees like Logan need to go to a customer service 101. Sorry Toyota, you make good cars but you do bad business.

They promised to get my car serviced within an hour and I waited almost 3 hours and a half just to get the oil change …
I was not satisfied with Joe, hes seem too busy to talk to me when i had a quest. He was always on the phone, i left him a message today about my breaks that they worked on yesterday and he never replied back!
Alex was professional and kept me informed of everything that was taking place with my vehicle and what was required to get it up and running; which I appreciated very much!!! Also, the convenience of the rental vehicle service is exceptional, great planning and thinking ahead, to make the process very satisfying and less stressful. Well done overall!!

Logan prioritized our car as we were from our of town. He assured us that our car would be serviced same day and he went above and beyond to get our car back to us same day and super appreciated
