It was a very awkward visit to your dealership. They tell me to see Logan in Office #1, I walk in and there’s one guy walking out and the other behind his computer with a tire in front of the counter. I place my check in form in front of him and he doesn’t say a thing, I assume it’s Logan, I have the impression that he is checking me in and he keeps typing and no hello can I help you or any kind of conversation whatsoever. It felt as I was a ghost in the room and he couldn’t see or hear me. Then the other person walks in and asks is he here for me and he says yeah and nobody says hello , How can we help you today? Who are you here to see? Did you say how can we help you?
You then ask what you can you do for me today? Do You have an appointment? Oh yes, the alignment, how do you know you need an alignment? This is my second visit to your dealership and both times the customer service has been a very cold experience.
