I believe I was overcharged for the services and parts I received. Specifically for the tires. My family has had the tires on my car replaced previously for just over half of what I was charged this time. It was urgent that I got my tires replaced yesterday so I unfortunately was stuck paying that amount. Because I needed to replace my tires asap, and because I was a young woman alone at the dealership, I believe I was taken advantage of.

Dean is the best of the best, a human being that understands people from all walks of life. I suffer from bipolar depression One, anxiety disorder, and obsessive compulsive disorder. I understand it could be worst if I was born in another country- developing country - dodging bombs, and being locked up in a mental institution. After thinking with this approach, I realize I should be grateful to God that I am alive, and overcame the odds of graduation from a good accredited University with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
