Service advisor should actually listen to the customer and pay attention. Seems like she was to busy to even look at me when I was in her telling her the problem with the truck. Semi rude behavior acting as if she was so busy and wanted me out of her office and with no other customers waiting behind me. So the issue was not even fixed and made excuses. Not very happy with my experience at all.

Dean quoted me one price and than tried to charge me a much higher cost when the work was completed. Had to speak to him twice to get him to honor his original estimate given that no additional work was performed. I have been taking my car to this Toyota since I bought my original Toyota in 2003 and I have never had this happen in all of those years. I will continue to bring my car to Toyota, but I will NEVER go to Dean again.
