My appointment was at 11:00 to regain access to gas tank using inside cover release. The repair was successful and completed a little before 3:00. Seemed like a long wait for what I assume was a relatively easy fix. Perhaps lunch breaks extended the repair time and absence of my advisor. In the future I will request appointment times that do not overlap lunch breaks Did appreciate the comfortable wait area.

Joe was polite, not pushy and gave me a discount. I still spent almost $400 which was unplanned but I appreciated the discount. I stayed for a couple of hours but it was ok because there was plenty of space to sit comfortably and do my work. Thank you for the very clean toilets. That was appreciated as well.
