Been a customer at Northridge Toyota. First time to your location. Gustavo was great. Very helpful. Will be taking my truck to Frontier Toyota from now on.
I gave my car at around 9am. If I will not ask him when the car will be ready for pick up, he won’t tell. They have to tell the customer about the duration of maintenance. He did not explain the things that will be done for my car. What I know is that there are two recalls. I am not satisfied. No advices being given to customers.

The service provided by Logan was way below standard. He was very unfriendly and had a nonchalant attitude. In not so many words, he indicated that if I wasn’t happy to wait 2.5 hrs for my car to be ready, I could take my car elsewhere. I have never worked with a Toyota representative so unpleasant. I’m disappointed with Toyota for hiring representative like Logan.

Gustavo Alatorre is a professional who showed his expertise in effectiveness. I walked in to change the power outlet and Gustavo found out that my car needs two recalls and a regular check up.
