Joe is the man. Called in for same day service and Joe made it happen. Love the customer lobby/amenities. Allowed me to work on my laptop while waiting for my vehicle. Will service here again.
Jack was very personable. Polite. And efficent.
160$ and 2 hours to determine the gas cap wasn’t tightened properly and that was triggering a check engine light. Also forgot to rest the maintenance required light. Feels like the value was not there. Did not meet my expectations. Won’t come back.

It was seamless. Dropped off car night before and got a text confirming they had it. I got a call with recommended service item and car was done an hour later.

Dean was amazing. Very professional and polite keeping me informed on the status of my car, BUT I replaced my front brakes because 1 they were sqeeking when you stopped and they still are. I cant stand it and that was the reason to get new ones, also I asked about my interior light in the front. When I open my car door it will not go on.
They said that the knob was not on door, and it was fixed but it was not.
The 2 front lights will go on when you push on, but will NOT go on when my door opens.
So no it was not solved.
Valerie always takes good care of our cars and always makes our experience smooth. She communicates throughout the process, so we’re always aware of the status of the repairs for our vehicles. She is the only reason we service all of our Toyotas at Frontier. She is an asset to Frontier!
