Hassan Sarum did a very good job getting all of my concerns addressed, especially the squeaky automatic driver’s seat, which was not addressed the last time I brought my car in for service and reported it.
Since the driver seat needed a new rail part, which took a extra time to order, the only thing Hassan could have doe better would’ve been to keep me updated more frequently. Say, once in the late afternoon, and once in the evening on Friday and Saturday. I had to call and leave a message early Friday afternoon to find out what was going on.
Oh and the ES 300h loaner was very nice to drive. So much better than the hybrid cars from 3-4 years ago. And the iPhone interface is very good.
Excellent service, manners and good ears to listen and write down the customer's concerns on maintainance erequirement.
