Took way longer than expected. This was just initial 5000 inspection yet it took 1:30 … so long that I had to leave before they could wash my car. It was almost as if I had not made an appt which I did My first 5000 and 10000 mike services were supposed to be free, and this initial 5000 was free, but I definitely felt like I was trying to be upsold with additional services. I went to this one because I had great service upon purchase of the vehicle. But will try another Lexus location for next service.
