It is always very frustrating bringing a car to your dealership. My car is leaking oil, picture provided to Hassan. They said they put it on the rack and couldn't see any leaks. I provided a picture of the stain in my driveway to Hassan. He then asked what kind of vehicle do I drive, I told him a 2019 Tahoe, and it parks in the garage. He then proceeded to insist that maybe the leak came from the Tahoe and I was mistaken that it always is parked in the garage. What an arrogant and disrespectful thing to tell a customer. When I asked if they had removed the engine covers below the engine to get a better look, he didn't answer the question. Hassan suggested that I put down cardboard and see if the car continues to leak, and then bring it back with a the piece of stained cardboard. Really, how much better is a piece of cardboard than a picture on the I phone. This dealership has always been arrogant, but now we can add disrespectful andmaking accusations that customers are lying, stupid and don't even know wwhere they park their cars. Please call me back if you want more Information, but make it someone other than Jordan. Sincerely, Dan Coppxxx-****-xxxx
