My 2022 GX460 blackline special edition is always hand washed and garage kept and has perfectly body paint with zero scratch on it.
I recently dropped it to you for a wire harness damage repair where under the intake manifold caused by the rodent.
When I picked the car around 5:30pm today, I found a big amount of small scratches on the left fender both on top and side and another scratch on rear bumper as well. It was obviously caused by a mechanic fender cover and the car wash.
I was gonna find someone at your shop but your shop was closed.
So I shot all the scratched spots right after as picture evidence proof.
As a loyal Lexus customer and a many years ClubLexus forum member, I truly and always believe that Lexus dealership provides the world lead best services.
But what happened today made me really sad.
I couldn’t believe a highly reputation dealer like you could caused me this kinda damages just for a repair work.
My car is pretty new and had only 6000miles on it.
Those Scratches are not only made my car lost its resale value but also made me lost my faith on Lexus.
Imagine if someone scratch your new inventory car on the lot.
How will you react like?
So I strongly demand for a new left fender replacement with new paint or find me a truly nice bodyshop to fix it.
Fixed the problem that u could not fix before.
