Hassan is still doing a great job. The service is not as efficient as it used to. When I drove out the dealership, I noticed the gas level on my loaner car was empty. I went back & they fill it up. When I picked my car, the dashboard had whites spots all over. I did not bother going back. I hope it was only that day & their service will be better.

I’ve had a couple other service guys in the past there and they do not equate to the level of service that Scott provides.

RDG was great. He let me know estimate of what was needed from the start, and kept me informed of status. My one comment- nothing to do with RDG, is that the inside of the car was not cleaned as well as it had been in the past- clumps of grass in back (from my golf shoes) and dirt under floor mats. Minor item, but not of the previous service standard.
Daven is always accommodating. I always enjoy his service.
Scott is great. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
