I was just disappointed with the confusion that I had with the spark plugs. I had replaced it at another shop in Feb but forgot I did it. I had told Scott to help check, which he diligently done. I was assured the spark plugs were originals. However I found out later from the shop that because they use genuine Lexus parts, it looks like the original. I learned a lesson that I will have to stick to one location and keep going there so I don’t need to rely on my memory. It’s my fault. Unfortunately because the dealer service cost more, I don’t think I will return. Scott did an excellent job, was friendly and attentive. I’m just upset with having replaced the spark plugs twice.

Hassan Sarum was outstanding! He was efficient, friendly, and the best service consultant I have ever had. This was my first experience usingSouth County Lexus, as I have recently moved. I will NOT go back to my former Lexus dealer. Hassan very patiently helped me with my direct assist after my car was serviced and washed. Thank you for such great service! ????
