Evan is very professional. I brought in our 2022 NX350h and had a number of questions in addition to our initial 5000 mile service. Although Evan did not know all the answers(do to the newest features on the NX) he left me feeling that he would get me the answers.

My service advisor Scott Monge is the best at South County. He is very communicative and lets me know the status of my car. If he promises the car at a certain time, he is always right. The guts in the shop and valets always do a great job

The dirty loaner car and my personal car I don’t believe was direct Deven’s fault. He had to personally wipe down and clean the inside of my dashboard before turning the keys back over to me. Unless your service reps are supposed to wash, vacuum and clean the inside of the cars, I don’t think this problem is Deven’s fault.

Everyone was great including Ronnie & all the staff. The issue I have is that my trunk didn’t get fixed even with the addition I’d $476 dollars parts & label. I need to speak with Robbie to send a couple of videos.

From the first call with Adam, and the young man who first greeted me at the service podium when I pulled in, then checking my vehicle in with Angelo and the young man who arranged my loaner car and when picking up my car the next day (today) again with Angelo, everyone was kind, helpful, very pleasant and greeted/accommodated me with a smile. I live in Corona Del Mar but I intentionally chose Lexus Mission Viejo because I do not care for the attitudes at Newport Lexus nor Tustin Lexus. Neither of those places compare with the great service I received at Mission Viejo Lexus. Thank you to all!
