Gabriel was very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, he answered every question I asked even though it seems like it was silly questions. It was really great working with him in this service.
The thumb switch on my CRV broke on Saturday. I wanted it fixed quickly but I thought Saturday would be tough to get it done. I spoke wit Service Rep Joanne Martinez and asked if she could expedite the repair so I could make it to my daughter”s Siftball game. Not only did she get it fixed, she did so with a smile and and great customer service. I made it to the game after a quick repair. Very happy customer!

He was attentive explaining the service B1 and to my concerns with checking my key as something wasn’t working right when I automatically walk away from vehicle ut doesn’t lock automatically.

Personal treatment. I don’t feel as if I am just a number. This is the second time I had Mr. Hugo Novoa as a service representative. Excellent service. I was well advised of what my vehicle needed at the time no extra hoopla. I felt as if Mr. Novoa had my best interest. I truly appreciated that. This past weekend was my fourth consecutive time visiting the honda dealer for the same problem with my car. The issue has not been fixed and it’s getting incredibly frustrating spending my weekends at the dealership and leaving unsure if the car is really fixed or not.

I am a loyal customer and I’m happy to bring my car for service. Doing so has helped me maintain my vehicles running for thousands of miles. I am particularly impressed by the personnel at Buena Park Honda. I work far from home and dropped off my car on Friday night. Andy Tang Gabe me the welcome at 6:30 pm listened to my concerns and offered options to maintain my vehicle. He has great customer service skills and is a very good communicator. He had my car ready the following day as promised and I drove away happy with my car running like brand new (at 113K miles). Thank you for your service.
