I feel like your staff are trying their best to have customers purchase services that were not necessary. For example, she told me that I needed my tire rotated but I just recently had my tires rotated less than 6 months ago. She then told me that my battery is “leaking acid” and it needed to be serviced, not replaced. It doesn’t make sense because I just had my battery replaced a month ago with you guys. You just lost a customer. Instead of actually feeling comfortable of “helpful Honda”, I could not help but feel I’m being scammed.
Brought car in for a scheduled service. No issues with my car. Now when I start my car and put it into gear there is a rattle. Now I need to take the car back in...no time... super inconvenient! Do I call and make an appt? Also is there a car wash that comes with the service? Even if it is just a rinse...front of car may have been rinsed-back of the car not rinsed...????

Joanne was super helpful and the car was done even before the original estimated time. She made sure I got a ride from the shuttle instead of walking home since it was already dark out. Awesome service!

Im Not exactly sure what the process of a Honda Oil change is, but i find it strange that it takes an Hour and 20 minutes to get it done, especially if i set my appointment early in the morning.
I enjoyed the new renovations you guys got, but it will never match up to the Movie Theater and enterable cars that Toyota at Miller has.

Joanne is all about customer service. From the moment she greeted me I knew she was going to take care of me. This was my first time to BP service. I had had a Toyota Four Runner for over 12 years and was use to getting great customer service from them. But Joanne blew them away. I went from great service to outstanding service. She too care of all my needs plus she was able to make a personal connection to me which only makes it better. I was treated like a human being and not just a number. Kudos to Joanne Martinez!!!!
I did not receive any update on the status of my van. I had to call multiple times to get through to a representative to find out my original advisor left for the day. When I did speak to someone, I was told my van would need to stay overnight for a cv boot change.I understand things come up, but the way this was managed made it very difficult for us to arrange alternate transportation for our family. I will not be returning and will not be doing business with this dealership upon lease return.
