I was really happy with Andy and his customers service. It was busy and short staffed which multiple people told me it’s that time of year where everyone gets sick I understand. He was funny, sweet and informative. I initially went just for a oil change and tire rotation and realized I needed something else serviced and he was able to find a discount that could be used and it made my day. I will keep going back to Andy when I need my car serviced

Waited for an hour for shuttle service and ended up taking an Uber home. Waiting list showed last signed on was at 12 and I signed at 1. Talked to advisor after half an hour and gave some excuse about having to drop off 7 people but that was not the case. As previously described, the person before me signed up at 12 and the person before that was at 11. Spoke to receptionist and told me advisors have direct communications with the shuttle driver but Andy didn’t even bother contacting them after my inquiry.
I had to leave my car for almost 5 hours, I had things to do but unfortunately they were not able to provide me one . But after that everything was good.
Very happy with the service I received. Eugene was great to work with. Explained everything that needed to be done. I was surprised that they got it all done in one day.
Tony reached out to me and informed me of services that may be needed. When I mentioned that at the moment I could not do them, he understood & didn’t make me feel pressured to do so, which you hardly run across.
