I waited two hours 5-7. By 7pm everyone was closing the service shop doors. I was the only one in the lobby. I asked Eugene when my car was gonna be done, and he said the technician overlooked my car and forgot about it. So they did it quick and changed the battery. But it’s just upsetting. It’s not like you guys are gonna do anything about this. But thanks.

Was greeted by service underwriter promptly (5 minutes) after arriving with an appointment. Friendly and professional. Got in and out within a total of about ten minutes. Was texted about the car being ready and it was quickly brought out when I arrived. I’m already paying for the lease , paying for the service contract, so I don’t want to wait too long in addition, and today I was very satisfied with the fast service. Thanks.
