I think the communication was poor. I’ve been using your service department for years. Unfortunately you have a high turnover of employees. I told the service rep to call on my cell phone. Apparently they called on my home phone. I texted and called the Dept. My estimate was $98 then a text stated it was $280.00. Upon pickup it was $800.00. My car has 36,000 miles on it. I don’t mind paying what is
needed however that amount was not communicated. Although I said whatever is needed, I think it should have been texted at least. First time I’ve ever thought about using another service Dept. I don’t want anyone to call etc. Your problem is employee turnover. You have had some great people who moved on. Why?
Every problem was explained to me clearly. I felt that Mr Vera was helping me solve my problems. He was especially nice to work with and I trust his decisions
