Jonathan was fantastic! He was very efficient and helpful. Listened to me and took care of all my needs (car done quickly, arranging shuttle, price matching, etc.) It was my first time at your dealership and I will definitely be back. Thanks to Jonathan Vera my car was promptly diagnosed my insurance company was immediately informed, a rental car was carefully set up, parts were ordered and the car was rapidly serviced. Therefore, my experience was remarkable and I could not ask for a better Honda service representative. Thank you again Jonathan Vera for a job well done. ????

Alma was good explaining what the car required she made me feel comfortable. The price was reasonable. Rachel the greeter was totally awesome great personality directed me in right direction. The young lady at cashier was sweet.

I went to get a 5000 mile service on my Honda Clarity (essentially, a glorified oil change). This took too long—over two hours. For previous Honda’s I have owned, I have gone to Hardin Honda in Anaheim for service. I told the staff (politely, I think) that the service took too long and I probably would not return (it was my first time at Honda of BP). Later, Oscar the service manager called, and we had a long conversation. He graciously offered to refund my service charge (about $75). Because of our conversation, I don’t need to talk to anyone further. Will I come back to Honda of BP for service? I’m not sure. It seems like a very busy place, and my goal is to find the most time-efficient service I can.

Very kind and nice really knows what he is doing best customer service I have experience in awhile. A lot of people work with the public and hate doing there job but Jonathan has great people skills and you can tell he likes his job. He should be considered for a promotion.
