i had to wait for a service advisor at the start and then at the end i again had to wait for my car to receive and they have already called the porters or helpers to get my car to the front. Like always i stop expecting from buena park honda and my next car wont be a honda for sure and incase i did make my mind for honda it wont be buena park honda .

I had great service from Alma and her colleagues. They explained to me the parts I needed and what my priorities were.
I was happy with the help I got from Alba. She was very helpful and courteous. I have one problem though, when I got my car back from the service dept where they did the oil service and tire rotation, they didn't tighten up my honda blue tire cap which I bought from Amazon and consequently it fell off after I got home. That I'm very upset and disappointed. Alba was great but your service dept people need to use their common sense.
