Kurtis provided me excellent service. In fact, from scheduling my appointment the day before, to the minute I drove up to the service door, throughout my time spent in the dealership, the shuttle ride home and back to the dealership, all the way to getting in my car to go home, everyone working there at Buena Park was attentive and courteous, even a simple “hello, how are you? Are being taken care of?” of those employees I walked by. And Kurtis was very attentive and courteous as were everyone I encountered. The adage “A well oiled machine” falls a bit short. An orchestral performance would be a better description
