Alma was very courteous, professional and very helpful. She answered all my questions that I had about the services Honda offered and about my vehicle.
The only thing I wish for was a car wash. I've always taken my car to get serviced at Honda dealerships..but this was my first visit at Honda BP. Was not happy when I realized I hadn't recieved a wash. But was happy with my advisor Eugene.

Jonathan was straight forward with what I needed to prioritize for service, in this case, the transmission fluid. He knew I was on a tight schedule with getting back to work so he kept everything simple and quick. Much appreciated.

My one important comment was he wrote down that I was asking for a free maintenance of my vehicle which was impossible for me to say and impossible to happen. I do not have any intention of asking for free bies.
