At the time of delivery, after service , car was not cleaned . Very disappointing.
Eugene and Rachel were amazing; due to a busy day the service center was not taking in any more walk-ins however Rachel saw I was at 10% oil in my Accord and allowed me to get my oil change. Wonderful service, I couldn’t have asked for more. #helpfulHonda
Kurtis was great. Little disappointed that you guys don’t wash service vehicles especially when the repair is a recall but I can respect being water conscious.

I had to wait 40 minutes to see a service advisor. I was pleased with my service, but I was not pleased with the wait time to see the service advisor. I have never had to wait so long before.
